AICostLab ("we", "us", "the site") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and what your options are.

1. What we collect

Anonymous usage analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual users across sites. It records aggregated metrics like page views, referrers, browser type, and country — but does not store IP addresses or any data that could identify you.

Server logs

Cloudflare, our hosting provider, automatically generates standard HTTP server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance purposes. These are governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy and we do not export, retain, or analyze them ourselves.

2. What we don't collect

• We do not require accounts, logins, or email signups.
• We do not set cookies for tracking, profiling, or fingerprinting.
• We do not collect personally identifiable information.
• We do not sell, rent, or share data with brokers.
• We do not run heatmap, session replay, or behavioral analytics tools.

3. Advertising (future)

We may display ads via Google AdSense in the future to keep the site free. When we do:

• Google may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of third-party vendors using cookies for personalized ads at aboutads.info.
• EU users will see a consent prompt as required by GDPR / ePrivacy.

4. Third-party services

The site links to external sources (provider pricing pages, GitHub repositories, etc.). We have no control over those sites' privacy practices — please review their policies separately.

5. GDPR & CCPA

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, most data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability) do not apply — there is nothing to access or delete. If you live in the EU and personalized advertising bothers you, opt out via the Google link above. If you live in California, the same applies under CCPA.

6. Children

AICostLab is a technical tool for developers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves (especially when AdSense is enabled). The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We recommend bookmarking and rechecking periodically.
