By using AICostLab ("the site"), you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them readable.

1. Service "as-is"

AICostLab is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, accurate, or uninterrupted.

2. Pricing data accuracy

Pricing data is aggregated from third-party sources including the LiteLLM open-source repository, the OpenRouter API, and manual checks against provider pricing pages. We make a best effort to keep this data current, but:

• Providers change pricing without notice — our data may lag by hours or days.
• Hidden fees (data transfer, dedicated capacity, enterprise rates) are not always reflected.
• Models we mark as available may have been quietly deprecated.

Always verify pricing with the provider's official page before making business decisions. Treat our numbers as a starting point, not a contract.

3. No liability for decisions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any decisions you make based on the data shown — including but not limited to lost revenue, overspending on API calls, or contractual penalties.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site freely for personal or commercial purposes — browse pricing, run calculations, share links, embed our data in your own decision documents. You may not:

• Scrape the entire site at high request rates (use the underlying LiteLLM JSON directly — it's the same data).
• Misrepresent our content as your own original analysis.
• Use the site to attack, overload, or otherwise disrupt our infrastructure.

5. Affiliate & sponsored links

We may include affiliate links to LLM providers or hosting services in the future. If we do, we'll mark them clearly. Our model rankings and recommendations are not influenced by affiliate relationships — we'll always recommend the cheapest or best-fit model regardless of whether we earn a commission.

6. Third-party trademarks

Model names (GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and provider names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them under fair use for descriptive purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any LLM vendor.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
